All products are made to order and produced specifically for you once an order is placed. This approach helps reduce waste and allows us to create each item individually rather than holding large amounts of stock.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped. Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or when production demand is higher than usual.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, while deliveries within the European Union typically take 5–10 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned items caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to the sender due to a failed delivery or an uncollected parcel, the item may be destroyed by the carrier or fulfillment partner. In these cases, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.
