Refunds & Returns
Our products are made to order and produced using third-party print-on-demand services (including Printumo and Printful). Because each item is created specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection or personal preference. In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order goods.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@ixgcreative.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or error. This timeframe is required by our print-on-demand production partners in order to process a replacement or refund. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including applicable shipping.
Late Claims (After 48 Hours)
Claims submitted after 48 hours but within 14 days of delivery may still be reviewed in line with EU and UK consumer protection laws. However, replacements or refunds in these cases cannot be guaranteed and may be handled at our discretion.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a failure to collect the parcel or a delivery refusal, the item may be destroyed by the carrier or fulfilment partner, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or damaged, a replacement will be issued once the issue is confirmed.
